Gonbo Rangjon
Gonbo Rangjon is a striking standalone sacred rock mountain rising to about 5,520 metres in the Lungnak Valley of Zanskar, Ladakh, near Kargyak village along the Darcha-Padum road. Revered by Tibetan Buddhists as a holy peak, it stands isolated from surrounding ranges with steep, rugged cliffs. Visible from the road near Shinku La, it is a prominent landmark for trekkers and pilgrims and a key photographic stop on the Zanskar trekking circuit.
