Kaviyoor Mahadeva Temple

Kaviyoor Mahadeva Temple is an ancient Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva located in Kaviyoor village near Thiruvalla in Pathanamthitta District, Kerala, on the banks of the Manimala River. Believed to date to the 10th century, it is among the oldest Shiva temples in Kerala and is noted for its traditional Kerala architecture, circular sanctum, exquisite wood carvings depicting epics, and a prominent shrine to Hanuman within the complex.
