Mallikarjuna Temple
The Mallikarjuna Temple is an ancient Hindu temple located in the heart of Kasaragod city near the taluk office. Dedicated to Lord Shiva worshipped as Mallikarjuna, it dates back to the 17th century and was built by the Ikkeri kings. The temple features traditional Kerala-style architecture with structures including sreekovil, namaskara mandapam, and chuttambalam, and is situated close to the Kumbala River.
