Ulavi Channabasaveshwara Temple
Ulavi Channabasaveshwara Temple is a prominent Lingayat pilgrimage temple located in Ulavi village in Joida Taluk of Uttara Kannada district, Karnataka. Situated inside dense Western Ghats forest, it is dedicated to Channabasavanna, nephew of 12th-century social reformer Basavanna. The temple marks the place where Channabasavanna attained samadhi and is revered by Veerashaiva-Lingayat devotees. It features a simple shrine, samadhi and surrounding forest landscape.
