The Athenaeum Theatre is a heritage-listed performing arts venue located at 188 Collins Street in central Melbourne, Victoria. Part of the Melbourne Athenaeum institution founded in 1839, the current building dates to 1886. The intimate 975-seat theatre is known for hosting drama, comedy, music and Melbourne International Comedy Festival shows in the city's theatre precinct.
Ravindra Kalakshetra is a prominent cultural centre and auditorium located on J.C. Road in central Bengaluru, Karnataka, opposite the Town Hall. Inaugurated in 1963 to commemorate the birth centenary of poet Rabindranath Tagore, it is managed by the Government of Karnataka's Department of Kannada and Culture.
