Tilakkam West Island

Tilakkam West Island is a small coral islet in the Bangaram Atoll of the Lakshadweep archipelago in the Arabian Sea, off the southwest coast of India. Part of the Union Territory of Lakshadweep, it lies within the same lagoon as Bangaram, Thinnakara and Parali islands. The islet features sandy shores, coral reef and shallow lagoon waters typical of the atoll. As with all islands in Lakshadweep, visitor access is regulated and requires an entry permit from the administration.
