Suoi Lam Lake

Suoi Lam Lake is an artificial irrigation reservoir located in Thuan Phu Commune, Dong Phu District, near Dong Xoai City in Dong Nai Province, southeastern Vietnam. Constructed to serve agricultural irrigation and water regulation, the lake covers a large open water area surrounded by rubber and cashew plantations and low hills. It is notable as a tranquil rural landscape and local recreation area for sightseeing, fishing and picnics near Dong Xoai.

Visitors can expect a large, calm freshwater reservoir with open water, earthen embankments and surrounding agricultural land including rubber and cashew plantations. The setting is rural and quiet with views across the lake, especially at sunrise and sunset. Areas around the lake are used for casual walking, photography, fishing and picnics. There are no major built tourist structures; the experience is primarily natural scenery and open space.

Suoi Lam Lake was constructed as an irrigation reservoir to support agricultural production and water storage for Dong Phu District and surrounding areas of former Binh Phuoc Province, now part of Dong Nai Province. It functions as a water regulation project for local farming.
