About Sarika Waterfall
Sarika Waterfall is a nine-tier cascade waterfall located in Sarika Subdistrict, Mueang Nakhon Nayok District, Nakhon Nayok Province, about 15 kilometers northeast of Nakhon Nayok town. Set against forested hills near the edge of Khao Yai National Park, it is one of the province's most well-known waterfalls. The falls are notable for their multi-level flow over rock formations, seasonal variation in water volume, and historical association with meditation caves used by Buddhist monks.
Visitors guide
Visitors can expect a forested mountain setting with a wide, tiered waterfall flowing over large boulders into pools at the base. A paved path and steps lead from the parking area to viewing points at the lower tiers. The surrounding area includes shaded picnic areas, small food stalls, and a cave shrine near the falls. Water volume is highest in the rainy season and significantly reduced in the dry season, which affects wading and photography conditions.
