Pentok

Pentok is a small Lepcha village in the Dzongu reserve of Mangan District, North Sikkim, situated above the Teesta River valley near Mangan town. Known for its terraced fields, traditional Lepcha houses and panoramic views of the Kanchenjunga range, it offers an authentic rural and cultural experience. The hamlet serves as a quiet base for nature walks, birdwatching and experiencing Lepcha heritage within the protected Dzongu area.

Visitors can expect a quiet hillside hamlet with traditional Lepcha houses, terraced farmland and forested slopes overlooking the Teesta River gorge.
