Visitors guide
Visitors can expect a hilltop temple reached by a steep flight of stone steps with views over Mangalagiri town. The main shrine has no conventional idol but a wide mouth where priests offer Panakam (jaggery water) to Lord Narasimha. The complex includes a pillared mandapa and gopuram in Dravidian style. The atmosphere is devotional with queues for darshan, prasadam counters, and small shops selling offerings at the base and along the steps. The lower hill temple and Gandala temple are part of the same pilgrimage circuit.
