About Orroral Valley
Orroral Valley is a broad, open valley in the southern part of Namadgi National Park, about 45 km south of Canberra city centre in the Australian Capital Territory. It is notable for its pastoral landscape, the heritage-listed Orroral Homestead, and the former Orroral Valley Tracking Station site that supported NASA missions from 1965 to 1985. The valley offers camping, walking trails and wildlife viewing within the Brindabella Ranges.
