About Nghinh Phong Tower
Nghinh Phong Tower is a contemporary landmark at Nguyen Huu Tho Square on the coast of Tuy Hoa City, Dak Lak Province (formerly Phu Yen Province). Inaugurated in November 2021, the twin-tower structure is inspired by the basalt columns of Ghenh Da Dia and the legend of Lac Long Quan and Au Co. Standing 35 and 30 meters tall with 50 stacked stone blocks, it has become an iconic symbol of the region and winner of the 2023 Asian Townscape Award.

Culture & Context
The 50 stone blocks represent the 50 children of the legend of Lac Long Quan and Au Co, with the two towers symbolizing father and mother. The hexagonal columns reference the natural basalt formation of Ghenh Da Dia, a national scenic site, reflecting the region's natural and mythological identity.
