About Moseley Square
Moseley Square is the central public square and foreshore plaza at Glenelg in the City of Holdfast Bay, South Australia, at the western end of Jetty Road overlooking Glenelg Beach and Glenelg Jetty. It is the civic and tourist hub of Glenelg, anchored by the heritage Glenelg Town Hall and Bay Discovery Centre, and serves as the terminus for the Glenelg tram line, with restaurants, shops and event spaces surrounding the open paved square.
Visitors guide
Visitors can expect a large open paved square directly on the Glenelg foreshore, framed by Glenelg Beach and Glenelg Jetty to the west, the historic Glenelg Town Hall housing the Bay Discovery Centre to the north, and Jetty Road shops and restaurants to the east. The square is flat and pedestrian-friendly with seating, public art, and the Glenelg tram terminus.
