Minion Land

Minion Land is a themed land inside Universal Studios Singapore at Resorts World Sentosa on Sentosa Island. Opened on 14 February 2025, it is the first Minion-themed land in Southeast Asia and replaces the former Madagascar area. Based on Illumination's Despicable Me and Minions franchise, it features immersive streets, rides, interactive play areas, themed dining and retail centred around Gru's Neighbourhood and Super Silly Fun Land.

Visitors enter an immersive Minion-themed environment within Universal Studios Singapore featuring Gru's Neighbourhood, Super Silly Fun Land and Minion Marketplace. Expect colourful streets and facades, the Despicable Me Minion Mayhem motion-simulator ride, the Buggie Boogie carousel-style ride, interactive play areas, character meet-and-greets with Minions and Gru, themed dining outlets and retail shops selling Minion merchandise. The area is fully integrated into the theme park with paved walkways, queues and show spaces.

Opened on 14 February 2025 as the eighth themed land of Universal Studios Singapore, developed by Resorts World Sentosa and Universal Destinations & Experiences in collaboration with Illumination. Built on the site of the former Madagascar area, it is the first dedicated Minion Land in Southeast Asia.

Themed around Illumination's Despicable Me and Minions animated franchise, representing contemporary popular culture and family entertainment through immersive storytelling, character experiences and themed architecture.
