History of Lagoi Bay
Lagoi Bay was developed as the central beachfront of Bintan Resorts, an integrated tourism destination established in the early 1990s through cooperation between Indonesia and Singapore to develop northern Bintan Island for international tourism. The bay and its surrounding infrastructure, including Lake Lagoi and Plaza Lagoi, were planned as part of this master development.
