About Koolanooka Springs
Koolanooka Springs is a natural permanent spring and small nature reserve located about 12 kilometres east of Morawa in Western Australia's Mid West region, at the base of the Koolanooka Hills. Fed by groundwater, it forms a small oasis with pools, granite outcrops and surrounding woodland. Notable for its reliable water, wildflower displays in season, and Aboriginal and pastoral heritage, it is a quiet stop on the Wildflower Way tourist route.
