Kaviarsar Kannadasan Mani Mandapam

Kaviarsar Kannadasan Mani Mandapam is a memorial dedicated to Tamil poet and lyricist Kannadasan located in Karaikudi, Sivaganga District, Tamil Nadu. Built and maintained by the Government of Tamil Nadu, it commemorates the life and literary contributions of the poet laureate. The mandapam houses a life-size statue, photographs, manuscripts and exhibits related to his works in Tamil literature and cinema, serving as a cultural landmark in the Chettinad region.

Visitors can expect a quiet memorial complex with a central hall housing a life-size bronze statue of Kannadasan, photo galleries, display panels and exhibits documenting his life, literary works, film lyrics and awards.
