About Kata Noi Beach
Kata Noi Beach is a small, curved sandy beach located just south of Kata Beach in Karon Subdistrict, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket Province, Thailand. It is known for its clear turquoise water, soft white sand, and relatively quiet atmosphere compared to nearby Kata and Karon beaches. Framed by forested hills and luxury resorts, it is popular for swimming, sunbathing and seasonal surfing.
Visitors guide
Visitors can expect a 700-meter crescent-shaped bay with fine white sand, clear water and a backdrop of green hills and upscale resorts including Katathani Phuket Beach Resort. The beach is less crowded than neighboring beaches, with sun loungers and umbrellas for rent, small restaurants and shops along the access road, and open areas for swimming and snorkeling at the rocky ends. Views extend to the Andaman Sea with calm water in dry season and waves in monsoon season.
