About Imugan Falls
Imugan Falls is a forest waterfall located in Barangay Imugan, municipality of Santa Fe, Nueva Vizcaya, near the Caraballo Mountains and the Nueva Vizcaya-Pangasinan border. The falls features a single cascade dropping about 35 feet into a shallow natural basin surrounded by pine forest. It is notable as a cool-climate nature attraction within the Kalanguya ancestral area and a common side trip for travelers along the Dalton Pass route.
Visitors guide
Visitors can expect a short trek through pine forest and village trails to reach a curtain-type waterfall flowing into a rocky pool. The setting is forested and cool due to the high elevation of Imugan. Areas to explore include the viewing area in front of the falls, the basin at its base for wading, and surrounding forest paths. There are no large structures, with only basic local facilities near the jump-off point.
