Visitors guide
Visitors can expect a secluded waterfall set inside dense forest of the Western Ghats, reached by a trek of about 1-2 km from the base with forest guide and permission. The site features a cascade flowing over rocky terrain into a shallow pool where bathing is allowed when water flow permits. Surroundings include forest vegetation, rocky paths and steps. Facilities are minimal at the falls itself, with basic amenities available at Courtallam town. Crowds are lighter than at Main Falls due to restricted access.
