Gomti Riverfront Park

Gomti Riverfront Park is a large urban riverfront park along the Gomti River in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Developed as part of the Gomti Riverfront Development Project and inaugurated in 2016, it stretches along both banks of the river. The park features landscaped gardens, jogging and cycling tracks, amphitheatres, musical fountain and boating facilities. It serves as a major recreational and leisure destination for residents and visitors in Lucknow.

Visitors can expect a landscaped riverfront promenade along the Gomti River with manicured lawns, flower beds, paved walkways, jogging and cycling tracks, and seating areas. The park includes an amphitheatre, musical fountain, boating area, children's play zones, and viewpoints over the river. The setting is open and urban, suitable for walking, relaxation, photography and evening leisure with city views and illuminated fountains after sunset.

Developed under the Gomti Riverfront Development Project initiated by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in 2015 and inaugurated in 2016. The project involved channelization, beautification and landscaping of both banks of the Gomti River in Lucknow to create a public recreational space and improve the riverfront environment.

Functions as a major public leisure and cultural space for Lucknow, hosting evening musical fountain shows, public gatherings and cultural performances at its amphitheatre, and is commonly used by residents for recreation and fitness activities.
