About Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour
Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour is a working fishing harbour located on Mews Road in Fremantle, Western Australia, at the mouth of the Swan River. Established in 1919, it remains the centre of Fremantle's commercial fishing fleet and a major tourist precinct. Notable for its moored fishing boats, waterfront boardwalks, and concentration of seafood restaurants and fish and chip shops, it combines maritime industry with dining and sightseeing overlooking the Indian Ocean.
