History of Charbhuja Temple
Built by Rao Duda in the early 16th century, the temple was constructed after he had a divine dream about discovering a Vishnu idol. According to legend, a cobbler's cow would leave its milk at a specific spot, leading to the discovery of the sacred murti. The temple is historically significant as the place where Meera Bai worshipped Lord Krishna during her childhood before her marriage to Prince Bhoj of Chittor. Rao Duda was the fourth son of Rao Jodha and established the Mertia Rathore dynasty.

It attracts devotees during festivals like Meera Mahotsav, Sharad Purnima, Janmashtami, and Radhashtami.
