Central Park

Central Park is a well-maintained urban public park located in the Dwaraka Nagar area near RTC Complex in central Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Developed and maintained by the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation and Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority, it is a popular recreational space for residents and visitors. The park features landscaped gardens, walking tracks, a musical fountain, toy train and children's play areas, serving as a green leisure hub in the busy city centre.

Central Park was developed by the Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (now Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority - VMRDA) and is maintained by the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) as a planned urban green space to provide recreational infrastructure in the densely built central area of Visakhapatnam near RTC Complex.

The park serves as a major community recreational and leisure hub for residents of Visakhapatnam, hosting family gatherings, evening walks and children's activities, and is known locally for its musical fountain shows.
