About Biri Island Rock Formations
Biri Island Rock Formations are a group of seven distinctive coastal rock formations on Biri Island in the municipality of Biri, Northern Samar, Philippines. Located along the northern coast facing the Philippine Sea and San Bernardino Strait, the formations were shaped by tectonic movement, wave erosion and uplift over millions of years. Designated within the Biri Larosa Protected Landscape and Seascape, they are noted for dramatic cliffs, sculpted limestone, tidal pools and panoramic ocean views.
