About Bai Mon Beach
Bai Mon Beach is a crescent-shaped sandy beach in Hoa Tam Commune, Dong Hoa Ward, about 35 km southeast of Tuy Hoa in Dak Lak Province (formerly Phu Yen Province). Nestled between Mui Dien (Dai Lanh Cape) and Hon Nua, it is noted for clear turquoise water, fine sand, and an undeveloped natural setting. The beach lies directly below Mui Dien Lighthouse and is recognized as a scenic coastal attraction near Vietnam's easternmost mainland point.
Visitors guide
Visitors can expect a curved, sandy bay enclosed by two rocky headlands with clear, shallow water and a relatively undeveloped shoreline. The beach offers open views of the East Sea, Mui Dien Lighthouse on the southern cape, and surrounding hills. Facilities are minimal with small food stalls and parking near the access path. The area is suitable for walking along the sand, swimming in calm conditions, photography, and viewing sunrise over the cape.
